Our unique and innovative Mobile Demonstration Kitchen was launched with great success in July 2011 with events and promotions throughout the summer and early autumn. From foodie festivals to farmers markets, county shows to corporate clients this is the ideal solution for all your cookery demonstrations and brand awareness campaigns.

This versatile trailer unit can be operational in less than two hours from arrival on site and can come complete with full technical support for the duration of your event.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a professional oven, 6 cooking hobs, two fridges, hot water and its own generator. Demonstrations are easily view by the audience using a HD LED 50” video screen, HD video camera, integrated audio and microphone systems.

The kitchen also has plenty of work top, so it can double as a training kitchen with the capacity for 4+ people to work at the same time. The trailer has already played host to celebrity and Michelin started chefs as well as local food producers and school children alike.
